When will I receive my order?

There are two factors that will affect this. The turnaround time and the delivery time.

 

The turnaround time is the time it takes us to complete your order so it is ready to be dispatched and the delivery time is the time it will take for the order to reach you once it is complete and dispatched by us.

 

Our standard turnaround time for all orders is 8 working days. The exception to this is Enamel Pins which takes around 4 weeks to complete and larger runs of flyers over 1,000, A2, A1 and A0 posters which are 7-9 working days.

With our standard turnaround, the order will be sent in a number of different ways, depending on the size and weight of the order. For UK orders, a smaller order will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class which will take 2 - 3 working days. A larger, heavier will be sent via a next day DPD courier service.

We also offer an express service in which you can receive your order with 3 or 5 working days. This service is available for UK orders only. We can offer a faster turnaround time for international orders, however due to longer delivery times, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

For international orders, they can be sent in a number of different ways with varying delivery times, depending on your location as well as the shipping service. If you need your order for a specific time, please be sure to get in touch with us as soon as the order is placed and we can advise if we can meet this deadline.
