This means your order has been received, but not yet processed by our Customer Experience team into production. Usually orders will be processed within 2 - 3 working hours. If your order is at this stage for longer than that, we will have contacted you via the email address or phone number you've provided on your account. This will be if there is an issue with your order, whether it be the product you've ordered or, in most cases, an issue with the artwork not being received or a problem with the files. Please feel free to give us a call if your order has been at Pending Approval for more than 12 working hours and if you haven't received an email from us.
