I have entered my payment information, but now there is a blank screen. Help!

I'm really sorry to hear you're having problems checking out and couldn't complete your order!
This can be due to an issue with Paypal redirecting back to the site if it has timed out. Your payment will show as pending in Paypal, but we have not received this and as no order has been received, there is nothing for us to apply the payment to. The payment will be held for a few days by Paypal and then returned to you as we have no way to access the funds.
A good way to get this process to work is clear your browsing history, including the cache of your browser. You can then try to view the site in your browser's incognito mode and this should eliminate the problem, 9 times out of 10.
If the problems persists, our customer service team will be happy to place the order for you via email. All you need to do is send over the details of what you'd like to order as well as your full name, contact number, billing and shipping addresses as well as any other info we may need to know such as your deadline, or any special order requirements.
