How many badge pack designs do I need to select?

The number of designs for a badge pack is per pack, so if you wanted a pack with 4 different badges, but every pack was the same with the same header, this counts as 1 design. If you wanted 2 different headers and 8 different badge designs, so 2 different packs, this is 2 designs and so on.
