My order is showing as 'Pending Fulfillment'. What does this mean?

Pending Fulfilment just means that your order is with our artwork set up and production team!

 

This means it will have moved from our Customer Experience team and it will be either with our artwork or production team. Please keep an eye on your emails, as our Artwork team may be getting in touch. If you would like to know what date your order will be shipped just get in touch by emailing [e-mail]. If you have a deadline and you are worried your order won't make it to you in time please just make us aware of this and we will do our best to get the order to you as quickly as possible.
