Has my artwork uploaded?

Once you have paid for your order, the website will prompt you to upload your artwork. When you have uploaded the artwork on the website it should show you a preview of the image, if it is a file type such as a .jpg or .png, or it will show you the file type extension in the preview box, such as PDF, PSD, AI etc as these file types cannot be read by your browser. If for whatever reason we have not received your artwork, we will be straight in touch to get this from you so please keep an eye on your emails after placing your order. You can then send the artwork to us either via email or WeTransfer/Dropbox. We won't proceed with the order until we have the artwork.
 
If you are having any trouble at all, our customer service team will be more than happy to double check this for you. All you need to do is email info@awesomemerchandise.com and reference your SO order number.
